Delete Account & User Data

At DevCore Studio, we are committed to full transparency and protecting your personal privacy. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA), players have the absolute right to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated gameplay data.

What data is permanently deleted?

• Account Profile: User ID, Display Name, Email address, and Avatar.
• Device Identifiers: Unique Android Device ID, Advertising IDs, and IP addresses.
• Game Progress: Solved levels, streak history, boosters, gems, and all accumulated coin balances.
• Referral Data: Referral codes, invite records, and invite reward histories.

Retention Period & Processing Time

Account deletion requests submitted through this form are queued immediately. Account profile and gameplay data are permanently purged within 30 calendar days. Anonymized payout records may be retained for statutory anti-fraud and tax compliance purposes for up to 90 days before permanent purging.
