We collect only the minimum information necessary to authenticate accounts, persist game progress, deliver rewards, and combat fraudulent activities:
- Account & Profile Details: When you register or sign in via Google OAuth or email, we collect your display name, email address, profile avatar, and assigned unique user identifier.
- Device & Hardware Diagnostics: Device brand and model, operating system version, screen resolution, system language, network connectivity state, and IP address (used strictly for geolocation security and region-specific offer availability).
- Google Advertising ID (AAID): In accordance with Google Play policies, we may access the resettable Google Advertising ID (with user consent on Android 13+) to serve contextual advertisements, limit repetitive ad impressions, and verify ad engagement rewards.
- Gameplay & Point Activity: Scores, levels unlocked, daily streak records, coin & gem balances, completed tasks, quizzes, and tournament rankings.
- Reward Fulfillment Information: When requesting a withdrawal or gift card redemption, we collect your chosen payment recipient detail (such as PayPal email or payout address). We do not collect credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank login passwords.
3 How We Use Your Information
The collected information is used strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

5 Android Permissions Disclosure
RewardPop requests only essential Android platform permissions:

6 Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA Compliance)
RewardPop is designed for a general audience aged 13 years and older (or 16 years and older in the European Economic Area). Our game is not targeted at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13.
If we discover that a user under 13 has registered or provided personal information, we will immediately delete such data and terminate the account. Parents or guardians may contact us directly at support@rewardpop.arrowrescue.xyz to request immediate deletion.
7 Account & Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Mandatory Compliance)
We fully support your right to delete your account and personal data at any time. You can initiate permanent deletion through two convenient channels:
Option 1 (Inside the App): Open RewardPop → Go to Profile or Settings → Tap Delete Account.
Option 2 (Direct Web Portal): Visit our official web deletion request form at https://rewarpopapi.arrowrescue.xyz/pages/delete-account.
Upon submitting your request, all personal identifiers, gameplay statistics, wallet balances, and account logs will be permanently and irreversibly purged within 30 days.
8 Security & Data Retention
We implement modern administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including HTTPS/TLS transport encryption, hashed credential storage, and isolated database clusters) to protect against unauthorized data access, loss, or alteration. We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein or comply with applicable legal obligations.
